All applications will incur a $24.20 fee, unless the request is outside standard connection times (below).
Same day connections between 10.45am-3pm are $55.00 inc GST (payable up front) and connections between 3pm-6pm will be $120.00 inc GST (payable up front).

A few things to be aware of:

Connections are completed Monday to Friday before 6pm (we are unable to advise a more specific time). A technician will attend site; they do not need access to your apartment and you do not need to be home. Ensure the circuit breakers in your apartment are all on so you are aware when your power has been connected.

If you or someone residing at your premises relies on Life Support Equipment, it is vital to advise your electricity retailer and distributor.
A Life Support application form will be sent to you and will need to be completed by your doctor. Go to Life Support for more information.

What is classed as life support equipment?
An oxygen concentrator
An intermittent peritoneal dialysis machine
A kidney dialysis machine
A chronic positive airways pressure respirator
Crigler najjar syndrome phototherapy equipment
A ventilator for life support
Any other equipment that a doctor says you need for life support.

I/We authorise Global Payments Australia 1 Pty Ltd ACN 601 396 543 (User ID No 342190, 342191, 428198) to debit my/our account at the Financial Institution identified above through the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS) in accordance with this Direct Debit Request.

By agreeing to this form, I/We authorise Ezidebit, acting on behalf of the Business, to debit payments from my specified Credit Card above, and I/we acknowledge that Ezi Energy Trade will appear as the merchant on my credit card statement.

The Authorisation in this Request remains in force in accordance with the terms and conditions of the DDR Service Agreement (Ver 1.11). I/We have read, understand and agree to the same. I/We declare that the information in this Request is true and correct. I/We acknowledge that my/our personal information will be collected, used, held and disclosed in accordance with the Ezidebit Privacy Policy.

Invoice Delivery and Payment Frequency

You will receive a monthly invoice from us. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice.

Payment options

by direct debit from your bank account or from your credit card; by BPAY or by calling us on {{MoveTerms.PhoneNumber}} by EFT to our bank account by cheque by tearing the payment options slip off the account and posting it with your cheque to the address shown on the slip.

Your T&C's simplified

Gas is fuelled by Energy Trade. Energy Trade Retail is powered by Energy Locals. Electricity is supplied by Energy Trade. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you acknowledge you are completing a connection application for all utilities supplied by Energy Trade at your property. Your energy, gas and/ or centralised hot water rates (where applicable), will be listed in your Welcome Pack. You are responsible for all charges associated with your account, until you notify EnergyTrade that you have vacated the property. You have entered into an ongoing energy supply contract with Energy Trade Retail or Energy Trade; you have a 10-business day cooling off period that will commence once you have received your welcome email. You can cancel this contract at any time and you will not incur any exit/termination fees. All correspondence will be issued to you electronically via email unless requested otherwise. Your tariffs, charges and benefits may be varied in accordance with the clauses as per your energy supply contract terms and conditions.
