  • What is the frequency for payments?
    Your account will be debited on the due date of each month.  The amount that you owe is taken out of you bank account or credit card after you've received your bill.
  • When are payments made?
    Your bill is always paid on the due date, so you never need to think about your bill at all.  If the due date falls on a weekend or public holiday, we'll debit your account on the next business day.
  • Changing or cancelling your direct debit.
    If you wish to change any details of your direct debit or cancel the set up, contact us and we'll process this for you.
  • What is the cost?
    There is no cost to when you direct debit from your bank account. There is a surcharge of 1.67% for Visa/Mastercard and 3.5% for Amex/Diners.  Just your usual bank fee for electronic transactions will apply.
